HOW TO USE

For best results, apply primer to lashes prior to mascara application, then apply mascara while primer is still wet. Apply mascara from base of lashes working upwards, building product as desired.

"I'm completely disappointed with my order and customer service. I ordered a lip gloss and Power Couple Mineral Lengthening Mascara and Mascara Primer Duo. The lip gloss is fine, but the mascara set has a significant issue. The primer seems to be ok, but the mascara tube is empty. It's a clean, brand-new tube with no mascara inside. I'm extremely frustrated as I've heard great things about your brand and was looking forward to trying it. This was my first order, and I'm very disappointed!"

Love The Duo

"I love the primer-mascara duo. The primer seems to not only plump and lengthen, but also seems to have improved the health of my lashes. Together they really create full and lengthy lashes that don't smear or run. I love the fact that Youngblood produces healthier products. It is unfortunate the products are so hard to find as only a few private salons carry them, not the usual makeup stores. Therefore, you cannot try before you buy online, and they are not cheap. The sample size foundations are perpetually out of the ones that would match my skin tone. The corporate office in Simi has never returned a phone call to me, and I have generally not been happy with customer service. But, I do love the quality of the products."

Is this waterproof? I'm concerned about it running if I get sweaty (or cry!).
Hi Miranda! Outrageous Lashes Mascara is considered long-wearing and non-flaking but not waterproof!
