ORDERING

Do you offer free shipping? 

You will always receive free shipping on purchases of regular-sized foundation (for domestic orders only). We may also offer free shipping promotions with a minimum purchase amount (for domestic orders only). Please see the terms and restrictions of the specific offer for more details.

Where do I apply my gift card or promo code? 

Enter the card number or code in the box on the Information page at Checkout and click or tap "Apply". Once the code has successfully been applied, you will see the dollar amount reduced in the Subtotal.

Can I combine promo codes? 

Promo codes cannot be combined. Only one code can be used per transaction.

Do I need an account to make a purchase on 

While we do not require an account to make a purchase at YBskin.com, there are many benefits to creating an account. Creating an account makes it easier and faster to place orders. You can also customize your account preferences and save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout. Your account also allows you access to your order history so you can keep track of your orders. Your password ensures that only you can have access to your account information.

How quickly will my order be processed? 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 11 AM PST usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST may ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How can I cancel my order? 

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as the order has been placed. Because we start processing orders as soon as they are placed, we cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled.

Can I remove, add, or change items after my order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items ordered.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted? 

YBskin.com accepts the following credit card payment options: American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and PayPal, and Afterpay, however international cards cannot be used. The total dollar amount of your order and transfer of funds will occur at the time your order is placed. YBskin.com is unable to accept split payment across credit cards or alternate payment accounts. NOTE: For PayPal orders, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to log into your account to complete your order.

Do you charge sales tax? 

Sales tax is applied to orders according to state and local regulations.

What is Afterpay? 

Afterpay is a service that allows Visa and Mastercard customers to make purchases today and pay for them in 4 equal payments every 2 weeks without paying any interest.

How do I use Afterpay? 

Shop YBskin.com and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or MasterCard ONLY). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order — it’s that easy! AFTERPAY

Are there any products I can't buy with Afterpay? 

Gift cards and subscriptions cannot be purchased using Afterpay.

Is there a minimum limit to how much I can spend on a single Afterpay transaction?

Yes, your order value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay on YBskin.com.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay? 

Items purchased with Afterpay are processed, shipped and delivered just like orders using other payment methods on YBskin.com.

How does the Afterpay payment schedule w

All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log into your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay? 

Any order paid for with Afterpay can be returned according to our standard return policy.

Can I use Afterpay if I am an International customer? 

No, this service is only available for customers who reside in the US.

How do I access my Afterpay account? 

After your order is processed, you can log into your Afterpay account to view your orders, make payments and manage account details. View Your Account or Sign Up Here.

What if I can't find my Afterpay installment? 

If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Afterpay Payment Purchase Agreement here.

Due to import restrictions imposed by local governments, we do not ship to freight forwarders.

How can I track my order? 

After your order is placed, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information where you can track and monitor the delivery status of your Youngblood order. You can also view the status of your order by visiting www.ybskin.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on your order number. Please note, that FedEx may not have tracking information available for up to 12 business hours after the order has shipped. All previous order history can be viewed under the My Account section on the website.

International Orders

YBskin.com ships orders within the United States and to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and Military boxes. Some international packages may be subject to a customs charge. Customs charges due are calculated by the country to which the package is shipped. Please check with your local postal service regarding customs charges prior to ordering.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is Youngblood's return policy? 

Except for items marked FINAL SALE, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from YBskin.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will provide a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment. For orders placed between 11/15 and 12/24, we are pleased to offer an extended return period until January 31. If you initiate a return after the return window, you will receive a store credit. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Please visit our Returns Center to initiate your return or exchange.

Only Youngblood products purchased from YBskin.com can be accepted for return.

What is I received a damagaed/defective item that I purchased from ybskin.com? 

You may return any damaged or defective item that was purchased from YBskin.com for a refund within 60 days of the original sale date. Please contact us to let us know about the problem.

When can I expect my refund? 

Please allow two (2) weeks for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center in Simi Valley, CA, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days. However, it is not uncommon for financial institutions to take up to 30 days to credit your account for purchases made with a credit card. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I return an item not purchased through ybskin.com?

We cannot accept any products that were not purchased from YBskin.com.

Can I return an item to a store?

No, items purchased from YBskin.com must be returned to us directly per the instructions on this page.

What is your holiday season return policy?
