These products are solely for the member's personal and professional use and may not be resold under any circumstances. All sales are final - items may not be returned or exchanged. Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics reserves the right to limit member purchases. Pro Artist members are not eligible to earn or redeem YB Beauty Rewards Points.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
To enroll in the program, please complete and submit the application below. You must attach 3 files; an image of a valid photo ID and images of any 2 of the following:

✔ Valid union card
✔ Current agency ZED or comp card
✔ Business card
✔ Cosmetology or esthetician license

For students, please submit a valid Photo ID and proof of current enrollment and course of study.

Each file submitted must be smaller than 20MB.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
