How To Use

Apply the enclosed Loose Mineral Rice Powder with YB1 Kabuki brush (not included) to primed skin to absorb excess oils and create a smooth base for foundation application. For light to medium coverage, apply Loose Mineral Foundation using the YB1 brush. Tap off excess and apply in small circles starting from the outside area of the face, working inward. For a full coverage look, apply Loose Mineral Foundation using the YB6 Powder Buffing brush (not included) after rice powder. The densely packed, soft bristles of the YB6 brush will provide coverage for skin imperfections such as acne or melasma. Finish with another sweep of the Loose Mineral Rice Powder to set foundation and create an airbrushed appearance.
PRO TIP: Apply Loose Mineral Foundation over Liquid Mineral Foundation or Ultimate Concealer to the products, create extra coverage and enjoy long-lasting wear.

This color needs to be moved into the medium warm category to save many fair to light users a return or exchange as I had to do. Overall I like the easy application and light coverage. Q&A

When using the mineral makeup foundation do you use a primer before and can you also use concealer under the mineral foundation? And should you use a sunscreen Before applying?
Hi Ruth, we definitely suggest to use a primer before foundation application. We would recommend our Mineral Primer if you're more normal to dry or our CC Primer if you're combo to oily. You can definitely use our Ultimate Concealer either prior to or after foundation both under the eyes or to spot conceal around the face for extra coverage. We also always recommend to wear sunscreen after applying your moisturizer and before your primer!
What if you fall between the light and medium set. Light seems too light, but medium seems too dark?

I’m stuck between the light and medium pallet. I have redness in my t-zone. Hyperpigmentation/melasma….I am olive tone and people always put too orange or reddish on me.

Both the light and medium kits carry warm undertones, which would be more fitting for you since you have a more olive undertone and the yellow tone will cancel out any redness.
