If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) purchased from us, please return your merchandise WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
To return or exchange your merchandise, simply INCLUDE A NOTE in your return shipment which must include:
1) Your EMAIL ADDRESS
2) Your ORDER NUMBER which can be found on the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order and/or on your Account page on this website.
3) A brief explanation of why you are returning the product.
4) Indicate if you are seeking an “EXCHANGE” or a “REFUND”

EXCHANGES: We will EMAIL you a GIFT CARD valid for up to one year, in the amount of your original product purchase, which you may enter at checkout with your next purchase on ybskin.com.
You can expect your exchange Gift Card to be emailed to you within one week upon our receipt of your shipment. For returned purchases with a credit card, it is not uncommon for financial institutions to take up to 30 days to credit your account. Please allow two (2) weeks for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center in Simi Valley, CA, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
We will not accept orders that were purchased in Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics approved specialty stores, secondhand shops, or other retailers.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Unfortunately no. Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics currently does not offer any physical locations.
For orders placed between 11/15 and 1/15, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.
